Strategic Data is seeking a part time Project Manager to co-ordinate
the development of a data repository of mental health outcome measures
and associated service utilisation data. This project is part of a
three year initiative by the Department of Health and Ageing. Strategic
Data have successfully tendered for one part of this project of which
there are four. The cluster of successful tenderers is known as the
Australian Mental Health Outcomes and Casemix Network (AMHOCN).
The role will involve close liaison between the lead consultant, the
development team, the project sponsor and the other members of AMHOCN
in order to ensure that relevant deliverables are produced to schedule.
In addition, it will be the responsibility of the person in this role
to manage the project documentation. This will involve producing and
maintaining high level information about the policies and procedures
developed for the project as well as gathering the appropriate
technical documentation from others and ensuring that it is kept up to
date. There will be ample opportunity for the person in this role to
have input into the formulation of these policies and procedures.
